Strawberry Limeade, Water Grill

On Saturday, my friend Kendree and I had a late brunch at the Water Grill in Carytown, which was a surprisingly charming experience. Between serving blueberry mini-muffins in the breadbasket to my shockingly sweet yet tart Strawberry Limeade (with bits of fresh strawberries floating throughout), it was all-in-all a great brunch.

Since my strawberry limeade experience, I’ve been inspired to try something different with strawberries in the kitchen. So last night, it was Raspberry & Walnut marinated chicken breast on a bed of sauteed mâche, sliced strawberries, onions and minced garlic. It was beautiful and tasty– a winning combination. I’ll definitely be making my “Strawberry Fields” Chicken again!
